Hello and welcome to Android Forums!
You can try these steps to remove and add the account to the google play store:
Open up the Google Play store app
Select the Menu button the settings
Click Account
Now select the account which you want to use in the Google Play store again.
Now try to download the app again
If these steps do not fix the problem you can try deleting the cache for Google Play Store and restart your phone once and check. Or delete the updates for google play store app. They try again
