Google Play Store app search question

I cannot find apps on the Tab 3 (version 4.2.2) that I have installed from the Play Store on my S III (version 4.2.1). Is this due to the difference in the Andriod version? A specific app is ESPN Sports Center app.

I've also noticed the score center app is not available. I'm assuming they just haven't created one for tablets?

Doh!!! Guess I should've thought of that. I couldn't find the app on another Android tab I have now that you mention it. Thx for the response.
