Google Play Store not working

Hi, i m having problem with my google play store apps. When i click My Game & Apps status saying checking update and keep loading checking update. All my apps list is not ther. Please anyone help up. Thanks.

Hi. Is your account name on the Play Store app when you tap the hamburger / 3 bar icon.
Is it in Settings - Accounts - Google.

Have you changed your account password recently.

Can you log in to your Google account on another browser.

Have you changed your device?

Maybe it is open for a new user. If you pull down the notification shade and tap the (default blue) User avatar.

What else changed?
