On my wife's Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro, running Android 6.0.1, Google Play Store has stopped working. When we try to start it, we get a mostly blank white screen for a few seconds, then after a few seconds it starts doing a weird thing where it sort of very briefly shrinks then expands back to full screen size. Then it does that repeatedly, and nothing else, until we shut it down.
The only display is the small row at the very top with things like battery charge, time of day, wifi indication, etc.
I've tried:
-- Restarting.
-- Clearing cache and data for Google Play Store.
-- Clearing cache and data for Google Play Services.
-- Reinstalling Google Play Store.
Any suggestions on what else I can do?
