….keeps stopping?
Have disabled it and it makes no difference the message keeps appearing.
I don't want to disable or remove it!
Android 9 on a Galaxy J3.
Advice Please.

Try clearing data and cache from the play app. You will need to agree to the licence when you repopen the app the first time.

I went to the Application and found 'Uninstall Updates' (3 dots) and it seems to have stopped...but require details to execute your advice?

Uninstalling updates would have been my next recommendation, LOL Any, in that same area you should see an option for storage. Tap that, and you'll see options for clear data and clear cache. Hit clear data (that also clears cache) and restart the app.
