Hello can anyone tell me what would cause this? Came up while I was reading a news article from a link in profile from instagram (Huffington Post IG). I pressed back and it disappeared

Google Play warning popped up while reading an IG linkinprofile

The funny thing is that it seems to be warning you about a site called googleplay-warning.lastcallislam.com (my emphasis), which is a bit weird.
If does look like a Chrome warning (though that's not a guarantee that it's real). Do you know what the address of the site the link took you to was, i.e. was it related to lastcallislam.com? Or couse it could potentially be warning you about a link in the article it was reading,, maybe one that you accidentally pressed while scrolling.

I've never heard of lastcallislam.com. I wasn't downloading any apps or anything. I was just reading an article on Huffington Post that was linked through their IG profile (so I was reading it through instagram). It really did look like a chrome warning. It didn't come up right away when I started reading the article but only after a minute or so.
It looks like an ad. Tapping on it would probably take you to some unrelated site. Pressing back was what to do. Good job!
