Okay so I ordered an 8gig Nexus 7 from the Google Play Store about a two weeks after release . Great tablet but I have had an awful time with the screen being unresponsive I thought it was a software issue seeing as if I locked the screen and then unlocked it , it would work again .
But I've updated and tried rooting and installing a few different roms but it still does it . Now it is doing it even more and my GPS has not been working properly .
I went on to Google Play and was looking for contact information but all the links took me nowhere . The furthest I got was a "click 2 call" form but after filling it out , it didn't go through
So what do I do to get this exchanged or sent in for repair, or whatever they do
