A team at Google has proposed that 13 new emoji be accepted by the Unicode Consortium which show women in various working roles. To keep things fair, the proposal also includes male-specific emoji for the same roles. The 13 new emoji will likely not show up on your phone any time soon, but we wouldn't be surprised if they are added as standard emoji within Google's Android N release later this year.
