Help Google Question Bar

On the home page of my LG G3, immediately below the notification bar, there has always been a box for making Google queries, The white box says Google...say OK Google..and then a microphone icon.

That box has disappeared and I can't figure out how to get it back. Ice checked all the relevant settings and nothing seems to be relevant.

That's a widget. Long press your wallpaper and you will have an option to add widget. Go there and you will find the search bar.
