google satellite maps

looking for some advice, is there a way to pre download google maps satellite view? I know I can download google maps(normal view) offline but is there a way to make the satellite view available where 4G or wifi is not available?

If not is there an app that can do this?

I really don't know an answer to this, however, i have moved it to the Google forum so, hopefully it will receive the correct attention and you will see that this gets solved!
