Google saved passwords and android phone pls?

Hi

I hope this is the right forum.
I have got a new computer and I use google chrome.
I want to know, please, if there is any way I can transfer my saved passwords from this old computer onto my phone please.
If I can, please could you give me a step by step dummys guide on how to do it please.

Usually if you sync your passwords with Google Chrome to your Google account ,your passwords are saved .After getting your new computer ,you just have to login to your account via Google Chrome and passwords and settings (themes extensions ) are restored .
