On my left is my new phone (MyTouch 4G Slide), on my right is my old phone (Droid), but when I do a standard google search (with the "Google Search" app), I don't get the more advanced version of the google search page on my new phone. I tried other browsers other than stock (I've always used stock), and they actually made it worse.
My only workaround, is that I first visit Google as a bookmark on my phone, and then the proper page shows up, and I enter my search query on the webpage.
So what gives? How can I change what version of the google search page that my phone directs to? Is it an HTC sense thing? Is there a setting/default that I can change somewhere?
