Help "Google services has been stopped" every few min

Slav17

Lurker
Hello everyone,

I've bought a new smart TV and every few mins "Google services has stopped" message is popping up.
Moreover, the TV is stack from time to time regardless of this message and I must restart it so I could continue using it.

I already tried uninstalling Google services updates and clearing the cache, non of them helped.

The TV is: LED Smart TV 50" FJ-50ST.
Android version: 4.4.2
(I don't know what details can help so more are attached + the annoying message)

This is very frustrating, please help me :(

Thank you,
Slav

The current Google Play services version is 10.x.xx

What version of Google Play services do you have?

Uninstall it and re-install it.

Also - Google Play requires the installation and permissions of other Google apps before it will work properly.

What version of Google Play services do you have?

Google play services version:
10.0.84 (032-137749526)

Uninstall it and re-install it.

I can only uninstalling updates, is there a way to uninstalling the whole app?

Thanks for the responses

I uninstalled the "Google play services" and it showed version 4.0.x, at this point the "clear cache" option was unavailable.
As I returned to the apps list, Google play services disappeared. After a few minutes and a restart to the TV it was back with version 10.0.84 again.

The messages and the stucks continue.
