Google setup problem

Hello 'i kentavius johnson and i have an android that keep saying the same thing over and over every time i try to get on the android market.It keeps saying:

Can't establish a reliable data connection to the serve.

This could be a temporary problem or your phone may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues,call Customer care.

In the market choose menu>settings and make sure you are connecting to the right account.
