Even though calendar entries sync fine, it doesnt sync the alarm. So i wont get an alarm on my computer even though i add an entry with an alarm on my android phone.
I sync phone->gmail->outlook. (Using google calendar sync from gmail->outlook)
I gave up on Google Calendar Sync. Now I use the following method to sync calendar & contacts with Outlook for free, without any apps or 3rd party software. It's much better in my opinion. It just works.
