I have had to use this program twice since downloading it (48 hours ago) and it is perfect. The interface is easy for a non-techie and the translation is perfect. I live and work in Washington, DC where many languages are spoken. With this program I helped a Japanese tourist find their destination, in less than 5 minutes! The only problem I found with the program was the network. If it is slow, you are forced to smile at the waiting person and point to the device. I used Babblefish and liked it, but find this program faster and easier to use.
