Google Voice and Work Voicemail (help!)

Hi All--

I need help---

For my work voicemail, I have to call in.

I have it programmed in my contacts (or I did on my old BB) with the pauses and password pre-entered

However, with Google Voice, this doesn't work; when I have it programmed in, GV just calls my GV voicemail...

Anyone have any advice?

I can turn google voice off, or change it to 'ask every time', but really don't want to.....

what happens if you manually tell Google Voice to dial your work voicemail without the pauses?

i think it is the pauses that does it...

but the problem is, without the pauses, it won't type in my extension / password ......


Right now i'm doing it with a google voice toggle widget next to the voicemail shortcut home screen icon...


which is a real pain.
