Google voice not calling with my Gvoice #?

i have it set to call everytime with my google voice, and it comes through as my normal verizon # please help
 
I had this problem. Are you typing the area code. For instance if you type 555-5555 it will call from your verizon number, but (555) 555-5555 will call from your GV number.
