Google Voice wifi/sip app?

I have a gizmo5 SIP account. On my ipod touch I would use the google voice/ gizmo5 connection for free calls. The awkward part was initiating the call from the browser, and then switching to a SIP phone app to receive the call.

I now have an android phone with wifi only. I was hoping that the google voice app would work over wifi, but apparently it wants to dial your cell number.

Is there any integrated SIP phone app that will initiate the google voice call, and receive the incoming SIP connection?

We couldn't call other cell phones directly by wifi.

And Sip App? Could this help you?

extraneous: Sipdroid + GV = GUAVA = Free Calls and Messaging to USA and Canada

Guava didn't work for me but sipgate and the call back worked for me on data. I couldn't connect through my router and didn't take the time to figure it out.
