I am so tired of dealing with GOOGLE over an issue that has been going on every since the Google play with "Redeem" option was rolled out.
I've contacted their "support" several times now "trying" to elaborate to Google that i have purchased apps on this very phone and all they have to do is look up the billing. Their responses proved that they never looked at the detail in my emails,but rather, the "title" triggers some canned response wher they keep referring me back to AT&T.
Give credit to ATT support, theyve worked with me over th phone to assure there were no blocks or any issues on my device and the finger poins back to Google.
Finally get an online "survey" from google, asking how well did they do in resolving my issue....yeah rrrright!
