Hi, I don't know if this is what yo are looking for, but if you open Chrome, touch the three dots on the right top of the screen, touch "Settings", scroll down to "Accessibility", check the box for "Force enable zoom". PhilAfter upgrading to latest S5 software, lollipop, I can no longer zoom and pinch on Google pages. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
Thanks,,
O.
Thanks,Hi, I don't know if this is what yo are looking for, but if you open Chrome, touch the three dots on the right top of the screen, touch "Settings", scroll down to "Accessibility", check the box for "Force enable zoom". Phil
p.s. There is also another setting, go to "Settings", scroll down "Accessibility", touch "Vision", and make sure "Magnification gestures" is set to on.
Yes. I'm on Verizon. You aren't on Verizon by any chance are you? Phil
Thanks. I appreciate the info.Your firmware will be very different to the stock Lollipop then, that is probably why you don't have the same menu items as I do, sorry maybe someone with Verizon Lollipop will be along to help. Phil
Thanks. Looks like I'll be visiting the Verizon store this weekend. O.I am on Verizon and can pinch and zoom in chrome. I didn't have force enable zoom turned on either. I didn't have to do anything after the update so don't know what to say. I don't see anything for magnification gestures. I use dolphin browser so not to familiar with chrome. Mary
Yes, I made sure I have the latest updates. No, double tapping doesn't help..Thanks.O.Another thought. Can you double tap on a webpage for it to zoom in. Mary
After choosing a pic from images, I have to go to 'view image' to be able to pinch or zoom. Before lollypop I was able to pinch or zoom on an image without the extra step of 'view image'. I guess I'll get used to it. Thanks for everybody's input.
O.
That is what the experts at Verizon said. I have to choose 'view image' from the three dots menue below the image. That brings up the image in a different window that can zoom or pinch.
