In general, once I've installed a third-party mobile apps that is not created by Google. What is the possible personal information that could be collected by and provided to the application developer?
both explicitly and implicitly...

For example, could the third-party mobile apps developer be able to know my Google ID or Google email address? could they get to know my rescue mobile number connected with my Google account?

Could they know the model of my mobile phone? or Could they know the IMEI or serial number of my mobile phone?

What is the most common and the most likely personal information/data that the mobile apps (especially the large developer) will collect from me once I install the application ?

Check the permissions for that app from the google play store... they are all listed there

Also worth checking the privacy policy, again from the play store for that app.

(and if an app requires far too many permissions, or you're not comfortable with the permissions... then don't use that app)
