The worst customer service in the business. I bought a 5400mah battery and back for my Samsung Galaxy S4. They sent the wrong color back. When I called they said I ordered the wrong color. OK. I asked what I need to do to get the correct color. The surly customer service woman told me that I would have to send the wrong back to them before they would send me the right one. To her credit, she was totally unconcerned when I pointed out that I would be unable to use my phone with no back. They have my billing information, or I would have been glad to give it to them so they could charge me if I didn't send them the wrong back. This was not offered as an option. Very rigid, unconcerned customer service that treats their customers as the enemy. Good luck surviving as a company with your poor customer relations
