Got a replacement Admire but my new apps are gone.

Got a replacement Admire, and the contacts, text messages, and calendar stuff is there, but none of the previously downloaded free apps.

The only ones I can recall are iPhone keyboard, Juice Defender, Shazam or SoundHound, Pandora, Swype or ?Swift X keyboard. There used to be excellent predictive text scrolling above the keyboard. That's gone. Was that part of Swift X ?

I've synched the phone to my Google account, but still the apps didn't reappear. Is that because they were free ?

Anyone have other excellent recommendations for great apps ?

Just log into the GPlay Store and shroll right-all the apps you have ever downloaded(paid or free) are right there:

That is unless you signed up with another Gmail account when you switched phones.

On my phone there's "Market" and in MY APPS there is only the four downloaded last night, not my prior ones.

Is 2X BATTERY better than Juice Defender ?

As for the gmail accounts, I have both listed on the Admire and both set to synch.

What ROM are you on:confused: Got the latest Gapps:confused:
Think you are rooted as I have seen you over on the Admire threads.

2x all the way :o

I find that the fastest way to re-install apps is to go to the Play store website from a pc. All your previously installed apps should show up with the option to install them on the new phone. It has to be done one at a time, but it seems quicker than doing it from the phone.

have tried juicedefener ultimate and found 2x battery to be better?

+1^^^ JD has so many settings/levels it just seemed like more work to set it up than 2x. 2x is just that cut and dry. Having two batteries has helped also :thumbup:
