My GUESS is that you installed the latest update in the free version of ES File Manager. Uninstall it and I bet the problem goes away. (It happened to me. They are simply idiotic.)
If it is still there ... try running in Safe Mode to determine if some other app you added is doing it. If you have any apps installed from Cheetah Software ... uninstall them.
