GPS audio in Ford

I currently have my S3 connected through Bluetooth to my Ford Sync and it works great. I recently got the iBolt car charging dock so I can use the Navigation. Since my phone automatically connects to Bluetooth for phone functions, I get no audio from Navigation unless I turn e lie tooth audio on in the car. This works fine except I want to listen to the car stereo. What I'm asking is if it is possible to have the GPS audio come through the phone and still have it available to take calls through Bluetooth on the Sync system.

Thoughts?

As far as I know, you're out of luck. If nothing else, it would have to be supported through Sync, since Sync itself controls what audio source your listening to.

Its a great idea, but I haven't seen it implemented anywhere really. I'm surprised that there is no "notification" feature on Bluetooth capable radios and devices. Considering the prevalence of Bluetooth audio. Seems like it would make sense for the device to send a message to the radio to temporary switch to BT audio, then switch back after the notification sound plays.
