Help GPS data usage?

Hi again,

I've got another question, this time its related to the gps in the X10. As I'm not on a data plan (always in areas with wifi 24/7) I was wondering whether the gps uses data or not. In the location source and data use menu Ive disable Wireless Networks, Assisted GPS, and Share with Google. I've only enabled GPS satellites. Also, I've disabled MMS & data and data roaming under Mobile Networks in settings. Would these setting disable and prevent my X10 from using data? Oh and would apps such as google sky map which use the gps somehow activate 3g data or would it just use gps signals from sats?

If your MMS & Data is disabled, then you can't occur any data costs at all!

WIFI (in free areas) and GPS are free services! Only time you will be charged for WIFI is if you are prompted to sign up to an online contract to use a pay service).
