GPS location and text to photo's

Hi everyone, I'm new here and this is my first post. Thinking of switching from a windows phone to a Android phone. The only thing stopping me is I cannot seem to find an app which will put Time, Date, GPS location and Text to photo's. Have attached an example of what I want to do from my Windows phone. I know it doesn't seem like much of a problem but it's a work thing, and I need to still produce the same kind of results from my new device, or it's back to windows
