Help GPS not working and crahses on games

Hi everyone,

I made this post cause I am having some issues with my SE Xperia x10 mini... I only have my device for 1.5 months and since 2 weeks my GPS can't find any sattelite. Also when I play some games like angry birds it crashes and resets, this happens just in a few games and not in every game...

Is there something I can do or I have to take it back where I bought in from?

I have the same problem since I've upgraded software. Right now I'm trying to remove that update.
