Help GPS problem

hey folks.

i've had my SF for a couple of months now and i'm very happy with it.

but my gps hardly ever works. usually get the "location is temporarily unavailable" message. it does work from time to time, and it doesn't seem to mattter whether i have a clear view of the sky or not.

another thing that sometimes happens is the phone reboots when i load google maps with gps enabled. but this doesn't always happen.

i'm running anroid 2.3.3 CyanogenMod-7.0.3-Blade and i don't know if was any different before i flashed the phone as i didn't check.

anyone else experienced this? or have any idea how to improve it?

Flashing Cyanogenmod 7.1 might fix your problems.

followed your advice last night and gps is now working fine.
