Help GPS Problems

My GPS has stopped working on my Moto Cliq over the weekend. It will not pick up a location in google maps or runner app. I have tried a few things, disabling the wifi, rebooting, deleting new apps that where installed. I would really like to figure this out without having to talk to someone on the phone. Please help if you can.

P.S. This is a refrubished Cliq.
