GPS wuih programable waypoints.

I'm looking for a GPS app that can accept points and route between then. I'd like to be able to just set a point instead of needing an address. I deliver to a lot of rural locations. I'd love to just be able to program my run in ahead of time.
 
Bestroute looks like the best bet so far. Only thing it's missing (or that I don't know how to enter) is a location without an address. Other than that it's great.

I just recieved an email from the developer. He tells me that the feature I'm after is in beta and to be released too.
