I have not seem any conversations with regards to Samsung Grand Prime no longer syncs up automatically.
Model Name Galaxy Grand Prime
Model Number : SM-G530W
OS Android 5.1.1
Kernel 3.10.49-8687782
GMAIL software version is 6.11.27.141872707.release
Any suggestions as to how to turn on the sync process back on. I don't know if it was done without my knowing or if it was done by a software update.
From what I can tell the sync process is on but it stays at right now 11:55 AM and it is now 14:03 PM. In th econfig it should sync up every 30 minutes but it does not.
Any suggestions?
