I would like to create a graph type LED or the like. Let me explain.
I want to create a circle graph, that each time such changes color from red to white. In essence, the object is to function as a flashing light to attract your attention.
And this object must be positioned anywhere on the screen and touch should handle the event, to display information / actions the user can take.
Does anyone know how can I do? Thanks.
