On my Dell Venue 8; at least 1 or 2 times a day; my graphics go boofy.
Boofy means:
Holding device at portrait not landscape (unless app forces landscape)
Divide screen in 6 sections - 2 columns / 3 rows
Activity is high - hopping between many apps for 30+ minutes.
The 6 sections previously mentioned begin flashing from app display to just black - back and forth repeatedly
_______
What I've Done To Stop It:
I attempt and usually succeed stopping the app via Settings > Apps > (app with boofy graphics - ie: Amazon or Android Forum App) . This method works usually. Lately, I find I need to reboot / power off and on to reset the graphics.
_______
What I Assume Is Happening:
Graphics memory and/or RAM / ROM is overflowed by usage and possibly a few memory leaks are acuring.
_______
Question is - Do I just live with it because it's my devices issue of lack of memory? Or can I do something to alleviate the issue? I feel like I may be expecting too much from the tablet.
