Grass Wallpaper Not in Correct Time Zone?

On 2.1, when I used the Grass Live Wallpaper, I loved it. The day turns to night as the sun goes down in real life, according to the actual time. But now in 2.2, the wallpaper sets the sun 2 hours early. I'm confused. The timezone is correct, the time is correct... are their wallpaper settings I'm not finding somewhere?

Nope, standard Grass live wallpaper does not have any settings.
This wallpaper use timezone info from Android API. Probably there is some outdated timezone database in your phone.
What phone you use and where do you live?
