Grayscale

I have an lg stylo 3 its stuck in grayscale iv switched it on and off repeatedly reset the phone took out the batter for 10 minutes i even tried clearing the cache but its still stuck in it...are there any other solutions?

Have you considered trying a factory reset?

Iv considered it as a last resort...im hoping theres another way to fix it...

Check "Comfort View" under "Display" settings, make sure it isn't set to "Black and White".

OK... Go to Settings, General, Accessibility, Vision... THEN turn off grayscale or screen color inversion... EZ on the LG...Amazing that i've "fixed" my last 3 issues and tech support couldn't.
