Greeting from new user in Arkansas

Thanks for the welcome..........I do have a problem with my Samsung galaxy s4 phone, recently dropped phone and now my email no longer works. Can you refer me to the right location or provide an insight to solution?

You have a super popular phone, so there are sure to be helpful folks there willing to lend a hand.

As far as drops and email stopping working, I haven't heard of that. Normally drops result in busted screens (my original N7:() and non-functional devices.
 
thanks for prompt reply,. Did I mention that I actually did drop phone and phone now has a hairline crack,,,,, other than email still working. But need my email!
 
OK, Um, I can move this to the S4 forum in you would like, but I think you may need to do an insuance exchange.:(
 
Since I still don't know how to move this to the forum I would appreciate your help. Also, I do plan on taking back to the Best Buy store to see what they can do, ( as soon as it stops snowing and the roads clear up ! )
