Good afternoon. I joined this forum, because I recently rooted my Incredible 2 and now I heard they are gong to have icecream sandwich on the phone in the future. Is it possible to root my phone to icecream sandwich?

I think you can, but you might have to revert back to stock to get the update so I'm not really sure. You can ask here Incredible 2 - All Things Root

If there is an ice cream sandwich Rom available for your device is rooted then yes.. You can then install that Rom onto the device.
Note: Do not accept an over the air(OTA) update for a rooted device.

what happens if you accept an over the air request with a rooted phone?

Will there be a stable form of ICS for rooted phones once the official release is out? I need my camera so I can't use the current rom. Also, what is my exact process to re-root my phone to ICS when the time comes? I greatly appreciate your help.
