gridlock cannot open

i have put a grid lock and now forgotten the code
can u help me open it

enter it in incorrectly a couple of times, then you should see a "forgot password?" link underneath the gridlock it may not show up at first until you turn the screen off and on

Have you tried unlocking the phone several times until it prompts you to enter your Gmail address and password?
Not all devices do this, but most do. It should allow you to get into your phone and change the passcode.
