Help Grr... Freaking phone. Please Help

yes, i have dropped it a few times, but there are no cracks or anything broken yet for some reason, i just randomly pull it out of my pocket and the screen wont turn on. i know the phone is turning on because the buttons on the bottom are lighting up. but the screen wont show anything. Help me please. tips to fix it or how much it will cost to fix it...

Other folk more knowledgeable than me will hopefully chip in - but just to confirm if it is a screen issue - have you pressed and held the power button for 10 seconds? This should simulate a battery pull, so the phone should restart and you will hear the restart noise if you are on the standard Rom.
Other thing to try is plugging it into a pc - is it still recognised by the pc? Does the charging LED come on?

Yes. it shows up and everything. i talked to a friend and it turns out the glass has become seperated from the screen. I dont know where i can get that repaired though. AT&T for some reason, wont fix screens...

Ouch. So definitely hardware issue. I'm in the UK with a one x, so not sure about US xl, but for comparison I've seen quotes for about £140 (UK sterling) to replace the screen at an official HTC service centre.
