Help GS3 Data Stuck Uploading

This just started this past weekend, but it's absolutely driving me bananas!

My phone is stuck with the green 'data upload' arrow. I cannot get anything to work on it - internet, weather widget, e-mail - because *DUH* nothing will download. It may fix itself if I try turning it off and on, but restarting it will not work.

Today is the second time it's happened to me. I don't turn it off at night, just plug it in to recharge. Any help from this forum would be appreciated today. If nothing comes of it, I need to visit my Sprint store tonight (better make sure to eat dinner first and dress comfortably!)

Maybe this just happens sometimes?

It fixed itself! I went to just check and it was fine. The first time it happened I got really impatient as it was the weekend and I was at the barber shop; maybe if I'd just given it about 15-30 minutes, huh? Honestly it shouldn't be happening at all, but now I can't even inquire about it.
