Help GS3 running at a snails pace

My GS3 has been working at a snails pace when using the internet.
I ran a speed test today and it's at an all time low. the first time I ran speed test was like the first day I got my GS3 and my results were

ping- 67
upload .98
download- 6.95

today I got

ping- 98
upload- .56
download .16

the difference is horrendous, I'm on AT&T is there something wrong or something? Because those speeds are horrible even for 4G HSPA+ which is what I have NO LTE.

Any ideas what could be wrong with the phone or service and what I can do to fix it?

Sounds like a problem with the network. You can either call AT&T to find out or wait it out and see if the problem fixes itself.

I had the same problem with att. I was under my 30 days so I went to Verizon. Att 4G is terrible.....
