GT15500 not registered with network message

Cant make or receive phone calls, no signal, but can get on internet. It says not registered on network. Its a Samsung GT15500.
 
Hi, and welcome.

That sounds like a carrier problem.

You need to contact your carrier and see if they will refresh your phone to their network. I had to do that once.
