GTA Completion Time

I picked up a few GTA games in the Steam summer sale and i was wondering how long it would roughly take me to complete :
GTA III
GTA Vice City
GTA San Andreas

So that I can get onto IV.

On GTA 3 now, and I've done apparently 15 hours and im on mission 31 ( although I'll stop messing around so much) B-)
 
If I were you, I would take my time. See GTA is not a type of game you should rush through. Its a virtual playground and in my experience of playing all 4 GTA's, you should get to know your environment. Have some fun.

If you really want to know, on average it should take your 10-20 hours to beat each game.
 
Yeah, I see what you mean.

I might leave the longer Sam Andreas ( I have it on ps2), so that I'm around 40 hours from GTA 4.

(I have to wait as I don't have a graphics card yet)
 
I have ZERO idea, I've never actually beaten one!! lol

10-20?????? I've got 40+ hours on GTA4 and I'm 4 5% complete. I quit playing it... granted I was doing a ton of side stuff.

I love how open it is and how it really is a playground but damn. There is so much to do I end up never getting anything done, lol
 
I might complete GTa 3 , and then move onto GTA IV...

I have San Andreas on my PS2, but I'm not sure if I'm gonna play that too much ..

Would you recommend going through all the GTA's , or just spending time on 4
 
Each one is its own unique story involving a different ethnic background, black guy, Italian mobster type, Russian immigrant (or whatever Niko is)

Point is each one tells a completely different story.

You could play them all or just worry about 4.

3 has a Scarface kinda feel, San andreas is the urban gang one, 4 is more Russian immigrant trying to survive kinda feel.
(i think at least, I'm going from memory as it has been a while)
 
Yeah , I've been told that the map on IV isn't as interesting as San Andreas.

I was thinking of finishing 3 , moving onto 4 and then maybe going back on San An....

All depends on when i finish 3 / when I order my graphics card.
