Apps GUI Designer

I am new to Android development but have been developing in .Net lately and before that for 20+ years.

I have installed Eclipse and seem to be able to do the manual coding for objects but there isn't any designer that I have found integrated into Eclipse. I have read about several things, but none seem to be the answer.

Does anyone have any recommendation?

there's one built-in if click the layout tab at the bottom of an xml file that contains layout information.

can't say if it's any good though....i prefer to code things in manually.

the one in eclipse is crap. you got two other options
1: droiddraw
2: App Inventor
