gyro and accelerometer not working..

Anyone having auto rotate problems with the s7 edge..i did a sensor test and Gyro and accelerometer have failed..my device is about 7 months old..tryed a hard reset..still wont work..any ideas please

Could you please state which sensor test you used to confirm the gyro and accelerometer sensors have failed?

If a Factory Reset doesn't help any either, hopefully this isn't a hardware issue. As you've had this phone tor only a few months are you still covered by any kind of warranty?

I did this one *#0*# I purchased the phone from ebay but the seller has not responded to any of my messages.. i did check to see if my phone was a "clone" / fake but everything checks out as legit *thankfully) not sure what else i can do..

The easiest way to tell a fake S7 Edge is to look at the screen edges, a real one the AMOLED is actually curved, fakes use a cheap LCD which is not..




Be aware that many Samsungs sold cheap online are actually knock-off. Did it ship from China?
