My screen couldn't rotate one day and I have tried doing the sensor self test (which failed), booting into safe mode, wiping cache partition, all of which to no avail until mysteriously one day it started working fine again.
This lasted about a month and the gyroscope stopped working again. Is this a hardware issue?
