H.264 Lies?

I changed encoding to h.264 and when I upload to youtube, it never comes out as 720p. What am I doing wrong?

It looks alright on youtube... but it could look better. I don't want 320p

Did you wait? Sometimes it can take a few hours for youtubes servers to accept the 720p format. Also, how are you uploading it? Straight from the phone?

Yes. The most it will do is 480.

One of them is straight from phone. Another i uploaded directly

Still 480

What kind of phone? What codec is the phone using?
