Help ***HACKED** by Bluetooth. NEED HELP!

I have a rooted Samsung edge 7 which dduring my bloatware removal I noticed duplicate folders. I have restricted access to "Apps that can change system settings" in apps permissions. Now I am stuck on how to find out the difference between the android file and the spyware file. Since restricting access my CPU is way down. Need help ASAP.

If you were deleting system files/folders just because they were apparently duplicates, there's a good chance you've done something to the operating system itself. Try rebooting your phone and see if they restore themselves. But if everything isn't running normally, as @psionandy stated, you'll need to re-flash with a stock ROM to restore things back to working order. (Probably a good thing to do anyway. If your phone was actually compromised, the odds are actually very high there's still some exploit still there.)
Keep in mind flashing a stock ROM will result in an un-rooted phone again, so you'll have to repeat the rooting process again later. And then just be more judicious about cleaning out your phone's contents.
